It is the intent of the Wayne County Human Resources Association to provide to members an awareness of policies, legislation, labor and employment laws, and any items affecting administrative decisions in the area of human resource management.
It is our desire to provide an atmosphere of learning, sharing and support for the Human Resources professionals in the Wayne County area and neighboring Associations as well.
We will meet this objective through group meetings, providing up-to-date information in our field through lectures, seminars, workshops and round table discussions among the members.
Our commitment is to the betterment of Wayne County through professional representation of the Association and by establishing a solid foundation in the knowledge of fair employment practice guidelines as they pertain to the industries and employees of Wayne County.
